CHANGES FOR 2025: A SEPARATE PAVEL KOUTECKÝ AWARD AND A NEW BOO FESTIVAL

The year 2025 will bring major changes for our festivals. ELBE DOCK as a separate festival in Ústí nad Labem and Dresden will no longer exist - it will move to Prague in the autumn of 2025, where it will merge with our second film festival, Young Film Fest, to form the new BOO!

These changes will also affect the Pavel Koutecký Award, which has been awarded for several years as part of the ELBE DOCK International Film Festival. Thanks to these changes, the Pavel Koutecký Award will become an autonomous competitive showcase of film screenings. The Documentary Film Week associated with the Pavel Koutecký Award will take place in February 2025 in Prague at the Kino Kavalírka.
